Villa Paraíso is a charming Spanish holiday villa in Moravit, Moraira, surrounded by a mature Mediterranean garden with palm trees and olive trees. The private pool sits at the heart of the outdoor area, together with a large covered lounge and fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the main accommodation arranged on one level, Villa Paraíso is ideal for up to 5 guests. But this is a villa where the real holiday experience takes place outdoors: relaxing beside the pool, enjoying the shade beneath the covered terrace and spending long summer evenings cooking and dining outside.

If the holiday feeling had an address, Villa Paraíso would be it for me. The beautiful Mediterranean garden immediately catches your attention, and life naturally revolves around the swimming pool and outdoor areas. This is one of those villas where you simply want to spend the entire day outside.
Patricia’s favourite place: the lounge sofa beneath the large covered terrace, looking out over the swimming pool.

Mandatory additional costs

  • Linen package: €18 per person
  • Final cleaning: €195

Optional extras
During your stay, you can add several optional services:

  • Beach towel 100 × 180 cm: €5 each*
  • Baby cot including bed linen: €50 per stay
  • High chair: €15 per stay
  • Mid-stay cleaning: on request
  • Fresh bed linen and towels during your stay: €18 per person
    ¨Beach towels can only be booked for the entire travelling party.

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm
  • Check-out before 10:00 am
  • Surcharge for arrivals after 8:00 pm: €50
  • From June through September, Saturday is the fixed arrival and departure day. Outside this period, alternative arrival and departure days may be possible depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Security deposit
A minimum security deposit of €550 applies to Villa Paraíso. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account no later than two weeks after departure, less any applicable electricity or gas consumption charges and any damage identified after your stay.

      Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. De villa was top maar ook de service van Spaansezon. We zijn zo tevreden dat we gelijk voor volgend jaar hebben geboekt. Als we voor het jaar daarna hadden kunnen boeken hadden we het ook gedaan. Spaansezon ga zo door en tot volgend jaar!
