Penthouse Moraira II is a spacious duplex penthouse right in the centre of Moraira. The bright living room, open kitchen and private rooftop terrace are located on the upper level, while the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are one floor below. The large rooftop terrace of approximately 25 m² overlooks a lively square in Moraira and is the real heart of the penthouse. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, relax during the day or sit outside in the evening while the atmosphere of the town continues below.
With the beach, bakery, supermarket, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk, this penthouse is ideal for guests who want to experience Moraira on foot.

For me, this penthouse is all about outdoor living. From the spacious rooftop terrace you look out over a lively square in Moraira and really feel the atmosphere of the town. In the morning you can walk to the bakery for fresh bread, spend the afternoon at the beach and choose from one of the many restaurants in the evening. That is exactly how I imagine a holiday in Moraira.
Patricia’s favourite place: the rooftop terrace overlooking the square. A wonderful place to start the morning.

Mandatory additional costs

  • Linen package: €18 per person
  • Final cleaning: €175

Optional extras
During your stay, you can add several optional services:

  • Baby cot including bed linen: €50 per stay
  • High chair: €15 per stay
  • Mid-stay cleaning: on request
  • Fresh bed linen and towels during your stay: €18 per person

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm
  • Check-out before 10:00 am
  • Surcharge for arrivals after 8:00 pm: €50
  • From June through September, Saturday is the fixed arrival and departure day. Outside this period, alternative arrival and departure days may be possible depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Security deposit
A minimum security deposit of €350 applies to Penthouse Moraira II. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account no later than two weeks after departure, less any damage identified after your stay.
