Villa Mos is an exceptionally spacious and modern holiday villa in La Sabatera, within walking distance of Moraira town centre and L’Ampolla beach. With seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and approximately 500 m² of living space, this luxury villa offers plenty of comfort for groups of up to 14 guests.
The large private saltwater pool, Mediterranean garden, generous terraces and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with XL barbecue make Villa Mos a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday together. From the upper terrace, you can also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea.

What I particularly love about Villa Mos is the incredible amount of space. Even with fourteen guests, you never feel crowded. There are wonderful places to spend time together, but also plenty of quiet corners where you can enjoy some privacy. And that beautiful outdoor kitchen beside the pool? I absolutely love it!

Check the current rental prices and availability for Villa Mos using the Prices and availability button on this page. Villa Mos accommodates up to 14 guests and can be rented with four to seven bedrooms. The rental price includes VAT and fibre-optic internet.

Mandatory additional costs

  • Linen package | €20 per person
  • Final cleaning | €550

Optional extras

During your stay, you can arrange several optional services:

  • Beach towel 100 × 180 cm | €5 each*
  • Baby cot including bed linen | €50 per stay
  • High chair | €15 per stay
  • Mid-stay cleaning | on request
  • Fresh bed linen and towels during your stay | €20 per person*
    *Beach towels can only be booked for the entire group.

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm
  • Check-out before 10:00 am
  • Surcharge for arrivals after 8:00 pm | €50
  • Flexible arrival day
  • Minimum rental period: 7 nights

Security deposit

A minimum security deposit of €1,000 applies to Villa Mos. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure, less any applicable electricity or gas consumption charges and any damage identified after your stay.
