A spacious terrace with sea views

The large terrace at the front of Villa Lara is one of the places that gives this villa its character. With more than 26 m² of outdoor space and a partially covered section, there is plenty of room to sit outside throughout the day. The covered area provides welcome shade during the warmer months, while the open part of the terrace lets you make the most of the Spanish sunshine. From here you can enjoy views towards the Mediterranean and Calpe.
It is an ideal setting for a relaxed breakfast, a long lunch or simply sitting outside at the end of the day.

Private pool and plenty of privacy

The private swimming pool is located in the rear garden and measures approximately 8 × 4 metres. Around the pool you will find sun loungers, a barbecue and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. An outdoor shower is also available, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer. There is even an additional toilet and washbasin close to the pool area, so you do not have to walk through the villa every time you are spending the day outside.
The private plot measures approximately 800 m² and is screened from the street, giving the garden and pool area a pleasantly private feel.

Panoramic views from the roof terrace

Villa Lara has another outdoor space that is easy to overlook: the roof terrace. Reached via an external staircase at the rear of the villa, this elevated terrace offers panoramic views over the surrounding villas, Moraira, the Mediterranean and towards Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach. It provides a completely different perspective from the covered terrace below and is a lovely place to take in the surroundings.

Comfortable living all on one level

After approximately eight steps from the entrance, the main accommodation is arranged entirely on one level. The villa has a bright living room, a semi-open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi-open kitchen creates a spacious connection with the living area and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
The living room has air conditioning, fibre-optic internet and Smart TV. Sea views can also be enjoyed from inside the villa. Central heating makes Villa Lara comfortable outside the main summer season as well.

Three bedrooms for up to six guests

Villa Lara sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Its bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The second and third bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. A second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet serves these bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generous living areas, Lara works well for families as well as couples or friends travelling together.

Peaceful San Jaime location

Villa Lara is located in San Jaime, a well-established residential area between Moraira and Benissa Costa. The neighbourhood is known for its detached villas, green surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. A large supermarket is approximately 650 metres away, while the nearest beach is around 1.9 kilometres from the villa. Moraira town centre is approximately 3 kilometres away. The Ifach Golf Club is also close by.

Villa Lara and Villa Alicia next door to each other

One of Lara’s most useful features for larger groups is something you would never know from the floor plan alone. Villa Alicia is located directly next door.
