Directly beside the sea

If waking up close to the Mediterranean is your priority, Moraira Suites is the obvious choice. Its first-line location overlooks L’Ampolla beach and puts the coastline virtually on your doorstep.

Panoramic sea views

For guests who want the Mediterranean to be part of the view throughout the day, Moraira Suites and Penthouse Moraira I are particularly attractive. Moraira Suites looks directly across the beach and sea, while Penthouse I offers a more elevated perspective from its rooftop terrace.

Right in the centre of Moraira

All four properties are well positioned for enjoying Moraira on foot, but Apartment Monica puts you especially close to everyday town life. Walk outside and you are immediately among the shops, cafés and restaurants.

A large rooftop terrace

If outdoor space matters more than having a conventional balcony, look at Penthouse Moraira I and Penthouse Moraira II. Both have private rooftop terraces of approximately 25 m², but each offers a different atmosphere. Penthouse I focuses on panoramic sea views. Penthouse II overlooks a lively Moraira square and gives you more of the feeling of living above the town.

More space for up to 5 guests

Moraira Suites is our largest apartment and sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is a particularly good choice for families who want more space without moving to a villa outside the centre.

No need to depend on a car

One of the biggest advantages of staying in central Moraira is that a car is not always necessary. From our apartments and penthouses you can walk to restaurants, shops, cafés, the marina and beaches. A car is mainly useful if you want to explore other villages, coves and destinations along the Costa Blanca.

Why rent an apartment in Moraira?

Moraira is particularly well suited to an apartment holiday. The town centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. The beach, marina, restaurants, cafés, shops and weekly market are all concentrated within a relatively small area. Staying in an apartment means you can become part of that daily rhythm. Walk out for breakfast, spend a few hours at the beach, return to your apartment in the afternoon and head out again for dinner without worrying about parking or driving. An apartment can also be a practical alternative to a villa. You still have your own kitchen, living space and private balcony or terrace, but you may not need a large garden or private swimming pool if most of your holiday will be spent exploring Moraira itself. And perhaps the greatest advantage is simply this: you are right in the middle of Moraira life.

Both can be excellent choices, but there are some practical differences.

Choose a penthouse if you prefer

Our two Moraira penthouses are duplex properties, so there is an internal staircase between the living area and bedrooms. If avoiding internal stairs is important to you, Apartment Monica or Moraira Suites may be the better choice.

Apartment or villa in Moraira?

That depends entirely on the type of holiday you are looking for. An apartment is particularly attractive if you want:

• easy access to the beach

A villa may suit you better if you prefer

That depends on the size of your family and what matters most to you. Moraira Suites sleeps up to 5 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment Monica and both penthouses sleep up to 4 guests. If stairs are an issue, one of the conventional apartments may be more suitable than a duplex penthouse.

Do the apartments have lifts?
Apartment Monica, Moraira Suites and the building containing Penthouse Moraira I and II are accessible by lift. The two penthouses themselves are duplex properties and therefore have an internal staircase between their two living levels.

Do I need a car when staying in Moraira?
Not necessarily. One of the main advantages of our apartments is their central location. Beaches, restaurants, shops, cafés and the marina can all be reached on foot. A car is mainly useful if you want to explore the wider Costa Blanca.
