The private swimming pool at Villa La Serena measures approximately 9 × 5 metres and is noticeably larger than many standard villa pools. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, and even with 8 guests there is plenty of space around the terrace. The mature palm trees provide natural shade in parts of the garden, while other terraces allow you to choose between sunshine and shelter throughout the day. It is a garden designed for actually living in, rather than simply looking at.

Pétanque and table tennis

For anyone who wants to do something slightly more energetic between swims, La Serena has its own pétanque court. There is also a table-tennis table. That makes the garden particularly enjoyable for families and groups travelling together. A friendly competition before dinner has been known to become considerably less friendly by the second round.
Fortunately, the swimming pool is close enough for everyone to cool down afterwards.

Dining outside together

Villa La Serena is clearly designed for guests who enjoy eating outdoors. There is a large dining table beneath the covered naya as well as another dining area in the garden. This means you can easily choose between sunshine and shade depending on the time of day. A barbecue is also available. And one small practical detail tends to become surprisingly popular: there are 2 large refrigerators, with one positioned conveniently close to the terrace door. Cold drinks are therefore never very far away.

Four spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds

Villa La Serena has 4 generous bedrooms spread across two levels. On the main living level are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a large double box-spring bed measuring at least 180 × 200 cm. Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning and their own modern en-suite bathroom with rain shower.
On the first floor are another 2 spacious bedrooms, also with large double box-spring beds and air conditioning. These bedrooms share the third modern bathroom in the hallway. All bedroom windows have insect screens.
The combination of 4 large bedrooms, comfortable beds and 3 modern bathrooms makes La Serena particularly suitable for two families, a larger family group or four couples travelling together.

Spacious and modern living areas

The interior of Villa La Serena is just as generous as the garden. The bright living room connects directly with the modern open kitchen, while terrace doors lead straight onto the covered naya. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 2 large refrigerators. The living room has several comfortable seating areas, television and fast fibre-optic internet. Air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions provides additional comfort outside the hottest summer months as well.

Plenty of space for 8 guests

With approximately 250 m² of living space, La Serena offers enough room for 8 guests without feeling crowded. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level create a convenient arrangement for part of the group, while the remaining bedrooms upstairs provide a little additional separation.
Outside, the different terraces, lounge areas, pool, pétanque court and dining spaces mean everyone can spend time together without having to occupy exactly the same part of the garden all day. That sense of space is one of La Serena’s strongest qualities.
