Penthouse Moraira I is a spacious duplex penthouse right in the centre of Moraira, with an unusual and very practical layout across two levels. The living room, open kitchen and large private rooftop terrace are on the upper level, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are located one floor below. With approximately 90 m² of living space and a private rooftop terrace of around 25 m², the penthouse offers considerably more outdoor space than you might expect in the heart of town. From the terrace and living area, you can enjoy panoramic views towards the Mediterranean, while the beach, bakery, shops and restaurants are all just a few steps away.

Why Patricia recommends Penthouse Moraira I

Before I lived in Spain, I was not really familiar with the idea of a duplex penthouse. Here, you live and cook upstairs, with a wonderful rooftop terrace, while the bedrooms are located one level below. You are right in the centre of lively Moraira, yet whenever you feel like a little peace and privacy, you can simply retreat upstairs.
Patricia’s favourite place: the spacious rooftop terrace, where you almost forget that you are right in the centre of Moraira.

Mandatory additional costs

  • Final cleaning: €175

During your stay, you can add several optional services:

  • Fresh bed linen and towels during your stay: €18 per person

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm
  • Check-out before 10:00 am
  • Surcharge for arrivals after 8:00 pm: €50
  • From June through September, Saturday is the fixed arrival and departure day. Outside this period, alternative arrival and departure days may be possible depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Security deposit
A minimum security deposit of €350 applies to Penthouse Moraira I. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account no later than two weeks after departure, less any damage identified after your stay.
