First-line views across L’Ampolla beach

The location is without doubt one of Moraira Suites’ greatest advantages. The apartment is positioned directly on the seafront, overlooking Moraira’s main beach, L’Ampolla. From the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony, the Mediterranean is constantly part of the view. Look further along the coastline and you can also see the distinctive Peñón de Ifach rising from the sea at Calpe.
It is a true first-line location: the beach is approximately 50 metres from the building and Moraira town centre begins right outside the front door.

Spacious covered balcony with panoramic sea views

The covered balcony measures approximately 2.5 × 5 metres and is much more than simply somewhere to step outside for a moment. A glass balustrade keeps the panoramic views completely open, while the balcony itself has both a dining table and comfortable seating. Ceiling fans provide additional comfort during warm summer evenings. This is an ideal place for breakfast overlooking the beach, an afternoon drink or dinner while watching the activity along the Moraira coastline.
And because the balcony is covered, it can be enjoyed throughout much of the day without being exposed to full sunshine.

Approximately 110 m² on one level

One of the practical strengths of Moraira Suites is its generous single-level layout. With approximately 110 m² of living space, the apartment feels much more spacious than many centrally located holiday apartments. The living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony are all arranged on the same level. This makes Moraira Suites particularly attractive for guests who like the convenience of apartment living but do not want to compromise on space.
Unlike our two duplex penthouses, there is no internal staircase between the living and sleeping areas.

Three bedrooms for up to five guests

Moraira Suites sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. The main bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, fitted wardrobes and its own modern en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds measuring 80 × 200 cm and also has fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a single 80 × 200 cm bed and its own wardrobe. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom in the hallway, which has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The layout works particularly well for families, but also for couples travelling together who value having more space than a conventional 2-bedroom apartment.

Living room with views on both sides

Large windows make the living area especially bright. On one side, you look across the park towards L’Ampolla beach and the Mediterranean. On the other, you can see Moraira and the surrounding landscape. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area, dining table, television and fast fibre-optic internet. Central air conditioning can both cool and heat the entire apartment. Because of the windows and open views, Moraira Suites feels light and spacious throughout the day.

A complete kitchen with a sea view

The semi-open kitchen is centrally positioned beside the living and dining areas. It is equipped with everything needed for both short and longer stays, including:

• refrigerator with freezer
• dishwasher
• oven
• microwave
• coffee machine
• kettle
• washing machine

One of the nicest details is that even while preparing breakfast or dinner, you can still look across the living area towards the balcony and Mediterranean. Not many kitchens come with a view like this.

Moraira literally downstairs

Staying at Moraira Suites means you can experience Moraira almost entirely on foot. The beach is approximately 50 metres away. A supermarket is also around 50 metres from the building, while the bakery is practically next door. Restaurants begin only a few metres away and the marina is approximately 650 metres from the apartment. This makes daily life wonderfully simple.
Walk downstairs for fresh bread in the morning, spend the day at L’Ampolla, return to the apartment in the afternoon and choose a restaurant for dinner without once needing to think about driving or parking.

Lift access to the third floor

Moraira Suites is located on the third floor of the apartment building. A passenger lift provides convenient access from the entrance to the apartment level. Because the entire apartment is then arranged on one floor, there are no internal stairs between the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. For guests who prefer easy apartment living without a duplex layout, this is an important advantage.

Optional private parking

Although a car is certainly not necessary for everyday life in Moraira, guests who do bring one can optionally rent a private parking space in the underground garage beneath the building. The garage is accessed from street level using a car lift. From the underground parking area, a passenger lift provides access to the apartment floors. The parking space is available for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Especially during the busier summer months, having your own secure parking space in central Moraira can be a very useful extra.

Comfortable outside the summer season

Moraira Suites is also very suitable for stays outside the main summer months. The apartment has double glazing and central air conditioning that can both cool and heat. Additional electric radiators are available in the living room and main bedroom. Fast fibre-optic internet, the spacious interior and the central location make Moraira Suites particularly comfortable for a longer stay. And in winter, having shops, cafés, restaurants and the promenade right outside becomes an even greater advantage.
