Juntos is the Spanish word for together, and the name suits this villa perfectly. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, generous living areas and several different places to relax both indoors and outside, the villa works particularly well for larger families, two families travelling together or groups of friends. The property is divided across two living levels. On the upper level are the spacious living room, dining area, kitchen and first bedroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located one level below, on the same level as the Mediterranean garden and swimming pool. That layout means everyone can enjoy the holiday together while still having enough space to disappear with a book or simply enjoy a quieter moment when needed.

Covered naya overlooking the valley

One of the best places at Villa Juntos is without doubt the large covered naya connected directly to the living room. A comfortable lounge area makes this a natural place to spend a large part of the day. From the terrace you look out across the green valley surrounding Moraira while also overlooking the Mediterranean garden and the swimming pool one level below. Because the terrace is covered, it remains comfortable even during the warmer summer months. It is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon with a book or a glass of wine at the end of the day. And with that view in front of you, there is rarely much reason to rush.

Large 9 × 5 metre private pool

One level below the main living area is the large private swimming pool. Measuring approximately 9 × 5 metres, the pool is larger than many standard private villa pools and provides plenty of space for families and groups of friends. The surrounding terrace has room for sun loungers, while the Mediterranean garden provides a high degree of privacy. A dining area and gas barbecue are located on the same level, making it easy to spend long summer days outside without constantly moving between different parts of the villa.
In the evening, the garden is attractively illuminated.

Four bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds

Villa Juntos has 4 bedrooms distributed across the two living levels. The spacious main bedroom is located on the same floor as the living room. It has a 160 × 200 cm double box-spring bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the covered terrace. On the lower level are the remaining 3 bedrooms. The second bedroom also has a 160 × 200 cm double box-spring bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two 90 × 200 cm single beds. The fourth bedroom is particularly spacious and has a 160 × 200 cm double box-spring bed together with sliding doors leading directly into the Mediterranean garden. The third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.
With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Juntos works especially well for larger families or several adults travelling together.

Spacious living room with open valley views

The living room is generously proportioned and connects directly to the covered naya through large sliding doors. The valley views remain visible from the living and dining areas, which helps give the entire upper floor a light and open feel. There are several comfortable sofas, television and fast fibre-optic internet. The living room also has air conditioning, central heating and a wood-burning stove. The semi-open kitchen connects directly with both the dining area and living room and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle. Because the kitchen, dining area, living room and covered terrace all flow into one another, the upper level feels particularly sociable.

Space inside and outside

With approximately 250 m² of living space, Villa Juntos is one of the more spacious villas in our collection. The Mediterranean garden covers approximately 1,000 m² and offers several places to sit either together or separately. The enclosed grounds provide plenty of privacy. There is also space to park several cars within the property, together with an additional covered parking area.
For larger groups, having this much physical space makes a noticeable difference during a longer holiday.

Peaceful location in Benimeit

Villa Juntos is located in Benimeit, a quiet residential area in the hills surrounding Moraira. The slightly elevated setting helps create the open valley views and peaceful atmosphere that characterise the villa. Moraira town centre is approximately 3.9 kilometres away, while the nearest beach is around 4.2 kilometres from the villa. A supermarket and bakery are approximately 3.1 kilometres away and the nearest restaurant around 2.2 kilometres. For beaches, shopping and Moraira town centre, having a car is the most practical option.

Comfortable during spring and autumn

Villa Juntos has central heating, a wood-burning stove and air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions. This makes the villa comfortable during cooler periods in spring and autumn as well as during the summer. Fast fibre-optic internet and the generous indoor living areas also add to the comfort outside the hottest months.
Villa Juntos is, however, not offered as a long-stay winter rental. If you are specifically looking to spend several weeks or months in Moraira during the winter, we have other properties that are better suited to this type of stay.
