Pluk is currently one of the most popular breakfast and brunch spots in central Moraira.
The contemporary interior and terrace close to the seafront give it a modern Mediterranean feel. The menu includes colourful breakfast bowls, avocado, egg dishes, croissants and good coffee.
Pluk is particularly enjoyable when you want a leisurely breakfast or brunch before walking through town or along the promenade.
Our tip: during the busy summer months, go reasonably early if you would like a good table outside.

NIKI & NIKI Bakery
NIKI&NIKI has quickly become one of Moraira’s most popular modern breakfast spots.
The concept combines a contemporary bistro with an artisan bakery. Expect freshly baked croissants and pastries, sourdough bread, specialty coffee and a selection of breakfast and lunch dishes.
Its central location also makes it an easy place to start the day before exploring Moraira.
Our tip: NIKI&NIKI is an especially good choice if great bread, pastries and coffee are just as important to you as the breakfast itself.

Cascada Moraira
If you prefer a more substantial breakfast with Mediterranean views, Cascada is a good option.
Cascada has long been known for its classic English breakfast, with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans and toast. Lighter breakfast dishes are also available.
The terrace and sea views make Cascada particularly enjoyable when you want to take your time over breakfast.

Cafeteria Artesano
Artesano has been a popular breakfast and brunch café in Moraira for many years.
The breakfast menu is varied, with dishes such as Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Royale, toast, bagels, fresh juices and smoothies.
There are also plenty of lighter and vegetarian choices, making Artesano useful when everyone at the table wants something differen

Bites & Bubbels
Bites & Bubbels is centrally located on Paseo Senillar and has a pleasant outdoor terrace.
Breakfast choices range from croissants, tostadas and pancakes to yoghurt with homemade granola, açai bowls and different egg dishes.
There is also a more complete breakfast option combining several breakfast favourites.
Our tip: a convenient option if you want breakfast in the centre before shopping, visiting the Friday market or walking towards the marina.

New in Moraira | Maison Guava
Since September 2026, Moraira has another new address for coffee, breakfast and lighter dishes: Maison Guava.
Located very centrally on Avenida de la Paz, Maison Guava has a stylish and contemporary look. During the day, the emphasis is on coffee, breakfast and lighter food, while the atmosphere changes later in the day.
Maison Guava is still too new for us to include it immediately in our Top 5, but it is definitely a place we will be keeping an eye on.

What is a typical Spanish breakfast?
A traditional Spanish breakfast is usually much simpler than a full brunch. Many Spaniards start the day with coffee and a tostada, perhaps topped with grated tomato and olive oil, jamón serrano, or simply butter and jam.
