Because of the villa’s open position, the terrace enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day. At the same time, several covered areas make it easy to find shade whenever you want it.
That combination is particularly pleasant during the warmer months: enjoy the sunshine beside the pool, then move into the shade for lunch or a relaxed afternoon.

Relax beneath the pergola

One of the most inviting places in the garden is the pergola beside the swimming pool. Here you will find a comfortable lounge area where you can sit in the shade while still enjoying the garden, pool and surrounding views. A built-in barbecue is located nearby, making this an ideal part of the villa for long evenings outside with family or friends. There is also a table-tennis table and dartboard for guests looking for something a little more active between swims.

Beautiful mountain views

Unlike many villas in Moraira that are primarily positioned around sea views, Maia has a different outlook. From the terraces you look towards the green surroundings and mountains beyond Moraira. The view becomes especially atmospheric towards the end of the day, when the setting sun changes the colours across the landscape. For guests who value tranquillity and a more rural outlook, this gives Villa Maia a distinctive character.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms

Villa Maia has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it particularly comfortable for up to 6 guests. The spacious main bedroom has a double bed of 180 × 200 cm, its own bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed of 160 × 200 cm and also has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds of 90 × 200 cm. A third bathroom is located directly beside this bedroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Having 3 bathrooms is especially convenient for three couples travelling together or families who simply appreciate a little more privacy and flexibility.

Main accommodation all on one level

After approximately seven steps from street level, the main accommodation at Villa Maia is arranged on one level. The living room, open kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and pool terrace are therefore all conveniently connected. This makes moving around the villa very straightforward once you have reached the main level. We would not describe Maia as completely step-free, however, because there are several steps between street level and the entrance.

Bright living room and open kitchen

The living room connects directly with both the covered terrace and the open kitchen, creating a bright and sociable living space. A large sofa provides plenty of room to relax indoors and there is television and fast fibre-optic internet. For stays during the cooler months, the gas fireplace creates an especially cosy atmosphere. The open kitchen is equipped with a granite worktop and includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and hob. Because the kitchen is open to the living room and terraces, whoever is cooking can still remain part of what is happening both inside and outside. A separate utility area contains the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Privacy in a Mediterranean garden

Villa Maia stands on a plot of approximately 850 m². The enclosed Mediterranean-style garden and surrounding walls provide a good degree of privacy from the street. There is also private parking at street level behind a gate.
The combination of greenery, pool, pergola and several outdoor areas creates a relaxed setting in which it is very easy to spend most of the day outside.

Quiet location close to the golf course

Villa Maia is located in a peaceful street in San Jaime, one of the established residential areas between Moraira and Benissa Costa. The Ifach Golf Club is approximately 550 metres away and can therefore be reached on foot. The nearest restaurant is also around 550 metres from the villa. A large supermarket is approximately 1,9 kilometres away, the nearest beach around 2,8 kilometres and Moraira town centre approximately 3,5 kilometres.

Comfortable outside the summer season

Villa Maia is also an attractive option for stays outside the main summer months. The bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling functions and the living room has a gas fireplace.
