Outdoor living on several terraces

Villa Terramar is built against a hillside, with terraces positioned on several different levels around the property. This means there is usually somewhere comfortable to sit in either sunshine or shade throughout the day. Several of the terraces also enjoy views towards the Mediterranean. You might spend the morning beside the swimming pool, move to the higher lounge terrace later in the afternoon and then gather around the outdoor kitchen when it is time for dinner.
These different outdoor spaces give Terramar much of its character. Even with 6 guests, everyone does not have to spend the entire day on the same terrace.

Your own bar beside the private pool

The pool terrace is one of the most enjoyable areas at Villa Terramar. The private swimming pool measures approximately 8.5 × 4.5 metres and is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Directly beside the pool is something you do not find at every villa: your own pool bar with a refrigerator. Being able to grab a cold drink without walking back into the house may sound like a small detail, but it tends to become a surprisingly popular feature very quickly. An outdoor shower is also available.

A complete outdoor kitchen with sea views

Next to the pool terrace is a spacious terrace with an exceptionally well-equipped outdoor kitchen. It includes:

• a large gas barbecue with four burners and a separate side burner;
• fridge/freezer;
• two electric hotplates;
• sink with running water;
• combination microwave/oven.

A large dining table means you can serve everything exactly where it has been prepared. A generous sun sail provides shade, and there is also an outdoor toilet on the same level. On warm days, you can quite easily spend hours here swimming, cooking, barbecuing, eating and relaxing afterwards while enjoying views towards the Mediterranean.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms

Villa Terramar sleeps up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed. The second bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds, while the third bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions and ceiling fans.
Two bathrooms have walk-in showers. The third bathroom has a bath with shower facilities. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms makes Terramar particularly comfortable not only for families, but also for couples or friends travelling together who appreciate a little more privacy.

The villa itself is all on one level

Although the garden, swimming pool and outdoor terraces are positioned on several different levels, the entire indoor living area of Villa Terramar is arranged on one floor.

The villa includes:

• separate kitchen;
• comfortable naya/conservatory.

The living room has Smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. A gas fireplace provides extra comfort during the cooler months. The separate indoor kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is located separately in the hallway. It is important to note that although the accommodation itself is all on one level, stairs are required to reach the swimming pool and several of the different terraces.

A higher terrace for relaxing

In addition to the pool and outdoor kitchen terraces, Terramar has another elevated terrace with a full lounge set. This provides a quieter place to sit away from the pool area and gives guests even more choice between different outdoor spaces. Parasols and sun protection make it comfortable during warmer parts of the day. For a villa sleeping 6 guests, having several separate outdoor areas is a surprisingly useful luxury.

Peaceful location in La Viña

Villa Terramar is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential area of La Viña on the Benissa Costa. The nearest beach is approximately 2 kilometres away. A supermarket and bakery are around 2,9 kilometres from the villa, while the nearest restaurant is approximately 2,1 kilometres away. Moraira town centre is around 6 kilometres away and Calpe is also within easy driving distance. Because of both the distances and the hills in this area, we recommend having a car during your stay at Villa Terramar.

Also comfortable outside the summer season

Villa Terramar is not only designed for summer holidays. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms can both cool and heat, while ceiling fans provide additional comfort during warmer weather. For cooler evenings there is a gas fireplace in the living room.
Combined with fibre-optic internet, three bathrooms and generous indoor and outdoor living areas, Terramar can also be an attractive choice for a longer stay outside the main summer season.
