Panoramic views towards the Peñón de Ifach

The panoramic sea views are one of Villa Rosana’s greatest features. From several terraces and rooms you can look across the Mediterranean towards Calpe and the unmistakable Peñón de Ifach. The view becomes even more impressive from the upper living level. Here, a second lounge opens directly onto an elevated terrace where the panorama stretches across the coastline.
It is one of those places where sitting down for five minutes can quite easily turn into an hour.

A large 5 × 10 metre private pool

Rosana also stands out because of the size of its swimming pool. At approximately 5 × 10 metres, it is considerably larger than the typical private pool found at many holiday villas. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, while a gazebo provides a shaded place to relax during the hottest part of the day. There is also an outdoor shower and table-tennis table.
Combined with the surrounding Mediterranean garden and mature palm trees, the pool area feels private and wonderfully relaxed.

Standard for 6 guests, expandable to 8

Villa Rosana has a particularly flexible layout. For up to 6 guests, the accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across two internally connected levels. On the main living level are the first 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, together with the main living room, kitchen and terraces.
An internal staircase leads to the upper level, where the third bedroom and third bathroom are located. This floor also has a second living room and an elevated terrace with some of the villa’s best sea views. For groups of 7 or 8 guests, an additional lower apartment can be opened.

Separate lower apartment for the 7th and 8th guest

The additional apartment is located on the lower level beside the barbecue terrace. Unlike the main villa, it is reached from outside via the private grounds. Inside is a spacious living area, a small kitchenette, a fourth bedroom with a 180 × 190 cm double bed and a private bathroom.
This makes the additional accommodation particularly suitable for adult children, grandparents, friends or another couple who appreciate having a little more independence. The apartment is only made available as part of Villa Rosana and is never rented separately to another party during your stay.

Three comfortable bedrooms in the main villa

For stays of up to 6 guests, Villa Rosana has 3 bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and its own en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead directly onto one of the terraces and provide beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds, with the second bathroom located directly beside the room.
On the upper level, the third bedroom has two single beds of 90 × 190 cm and its own spacious bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 guests, Rosana offers a comfortable amount of privacy even before the additional apartment is added.

Spacious living across two levels

The main living room is bright and generously proportioned, with large sliding doors connecting the interior with the terraces. There is Smart TV, fibre-optic internet and air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. A separate utility area contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the upper level, Villa Rosana has something relatively unusual: a second living room. This additional lounge opens onto the elevated terrace and provides another space to relax away from the main living area.
For families or groups travelling together, having two separate living areas can be particularly convenient.

Outdoor kitchen and barbecue terrace

On the lower terrace beside the additional apartment is the outdoor cooking area. This is another part of Rosana where summer evenings tend to last a little longer than planned. The barbecue terrace provides plenty of space to prepare food, eat together and enjoy the warm evenings outside. Because this area is separate from the upper terraces and pool surroundings, Rosana offers several different outdoor spaces rather than one single terrace where everyone has to gather.

Approximately 250 m² of living space

Villa Rosana is one of the more spacious properties in our collection. The villa offers approximately 250 m² of living space on a plot of around 950 m². The enclosed Mediterranean garden, palm trees and different terraces provide privacy and plenty of choice between sunshine and shade throughout the day. Private parking is available within the grounds.

Peaceful location in San Jaime

Villa Rosana is located in San Jaime, a popular residential area between Moraira and Benissa Costa. A large supermarket, bakery, kiosk and restaurant are all approximately 600 metres away. The nearest beach and Moraira town centre are approximately 3 kilometres from the villa, while Ifach Golf Club is around 1 kilometre away. Comfortable outside the summer season

With plenty of indoor living space, air conditioning with heating functions, fibre-optic internet and several sheltered terraces, Villa Rosana is also comfortable outside the main summer months. The enclosed terrace adjoining the main living room can be particularly pleasant during spring, autumn and winter, when the large windows allow plenty of sunlight inside while still providing shelter.
The spacious layout also makes Rosana attractive for longer stays.
