Cookie policy

Our website uses different types of cookies. We think it is important that you have control over your online privacy. That is why we would like to inform about which cookies we use and for what purposes.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit the website. Information about your website visit is stored in these cookies. Personal information is processed with the placing of cookies. By using cookies, a website can recognize you when you visit the website. This can be useful, for example, if you do not want to log in again every time you visit the website.

Different types of cookies

We distinguish between functional and non-functional cookies. We always place functional cookies. These are necessary for the website to work properly. For example, they ensure that you can stay logged in on the website if you wish. In addition to functional cookies, we also place standard analytical cookies. This is an example of a non-functional cookie. He is not required for the proper functioning of the website. This way we know which website parts are popular and in which places we can improve our website. Only when you agree to the placing of cookies, we also place a number of other non-functional cookies. These all have different purposes, but enable us to improve our services. For example, we use cookies to test improvements on our website and show social media buttons.

Online privacy

We think it is important that you have control over your online privacy. That is why we would like to inform you about which cookies we use and for what purposes.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. These cookies are therefore placed by default and will not be deleted if you do not accept the cookies. Functional cookies ensure that you can stay logged in during your visit to the website.

Analytical Cookies

Analytical cookies allow us to measure the website visit. These statistics give us insight into how often our website is used, what information visitors are looking for and which pages are visited the most. This way we know which website parts are popular and in which places we can improve our website. We continuously analyse and improve the website to make the experience as pleasant as possible for visitors. We cannot trace the statistics we collect to people. This data is therefore always used anonymously. We use Google Analytics to obtain insights from the data. We always place analytical cookies when visiting our website.

Analytical cookies collect, among other things, the following data:

For more information about what Google does with the collected data, we refer to Google’s privacy statements. These statements can change regularly.

We never provide Google with your personal details (such as name, address, email, telephone number). Read more about how we handle personal data in our privacy statement.

Social media integration cookies

On our website we show content that you can promote and share via a button via social networks. For the functioning of these buttons, social media companies such as Facebook and Instagram place cookies so that they can recognize you when you are logged into that social network. They also collect data about the page you share. For more information about the data that social media companies collect, we refer to the privacy statements of these companies. These can change regularly.

Step-by-step plan: Delete cookies

However smart cookies may be, you are still in charge of your computer. We explain how you handle cookies, how you refuse and delete them. We provide instructions for the 5 most popular browsers:

Deleting regular cookies is simple. But remember that you have to log in again on some websites after cleaning. And that you sometimes have to reset something on other sites.
