About Moraira Holiday Homes

Since 2004, Patricia & Michiel have been active in Moraira with one simple goal: offering guests the most beautiful luxury holiday accommodations on the Costa Blanca. Because we manage our villas and apartments ourselves and keep our team small, we know the region inside out. This allows us to provide truly personal service.

Who are we?

Upon your arrival in Moraira, we are happy to meet you personally at your villa. We show you around, share tips for great restaurants and hidden gems, and answer all your questions. During your stay, we are always available, just call or send us a message if there’s anything you need.

Before starting this adventure, we both worked in very different fields: Patricia in banking and Michiel in the events industry. At the end of 2016, we decided to follow our dreams and move to Moraira. Since then, we have happily made this place our home.
