53 local restaurant tips for 2026

Moraira may be a relatively small Mediterranean town, but its choice of restaurants is surprisingly extensive. You will find traditional Spanish rice dishes, Mediterranean restaurants, tapas bars, international cuisine and modern places for breakfast, lunch or an informal evening out.
We have known Moraira and the surrounding area for more than 25 years and know many of these restaurants from our own experience and from feedback from our guests. To make choosing easier, we have given each restaurant one clear place in this guide, based on its cuisine, atmosphere and the type of occasion it suits best.
Opening hours, menus and contact details can change during the season. Always check the restaurant’s website or social media before visiting. In July and August, we strongly recommend booking popular restaurants well in advance.
