Panoramic views towards the Peñón de Ifach

The view is undoubtedly one of Villa Annamar’s defining features. Thanks to its elevated position in San Jaime, the villa enjoys wide, uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean towards Calpe and the iconic Peñón de Ifach. The panorama can be enjoyed from the living room, dining area, covered terrace and pool surroundings. Even while swimming, the Ifach remains part of the view. It is particularly beautiful early in the morning and again towards the end of the day, when the light changes across the coastline.

Large heatable saltwater pool

The private swimming pool measures approximately 9 × 5 metres and uses a saltwater system. Compared with a traditional chlorine pool, saltwater generally feels softer and more pleasant on the skin. The pool can also be heated, making Villa Annamar especially attractive during spring, autumn and the cooler winter months.
Around the pool are comfortable loungers and several different seating areas, so you can easily choose between sunshine and shade throughout the day. And because of the elevated position, the panoramic sea view remains visible from the pool terrace.

Completely step-free living

One of the most unusual practical advantages of Villa Annamar is its step-free layout. The living room, kitchen, dining areas, all 3 bedrooms, both bathrooms, terraces and swimming pool are all arranged on the same level. There are no internal stairs and no steps between the main outdoor areas.
Access to the property is through an automatic gate, with parking available directly within the grounds and in the spacious garage. This makes Annamar particularly comfortable for guests who prefer a villa without constant changes in level. We would describe the villa as step-free rather than make broader accessibility claims, as individual mobility requirements can of course differ.

Covered naya with panoramic sea views

The covered naya is one of the most inviting places at Villa Annamar. A large dining table makes it ideal for breakfast, lunch or a long evening meal, while the panoramic sea views remain fully visible. Because the space is covered, it is comfortable even during the warmer part of the day. This is also Patricia’s favourite part of the villa: a place to sit together, enjoy the view and simply let the day unfold.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms

Villa Annamar has 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests. The main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed, fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a 180 × 200 cm double bed and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom, which is located directly opposite the rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.

Spacious living and dining areas

With approximately 200 m² of living space, Villa Annamar feels generous without being unnecessarily large. The bright living room enjoys panoramic sea views and is comfortably furnished for relaxing indoors. A fireplace provides extra warmth during the cooler months, while central heating and air conditioning add further comfort. Fast fibre-optic internet and Smart TV are also available.
Beside the living room is the enclosed terrace room, which creates an additional dining and sitting area with sea views.

A very complete kitchen

The kitchen at Villa Annamar is not the newest room in the house, but it is unusually complete and very practical for guests who genuinely enjoy cooking during their holiday. It connects conveniently with the dining area and includes the appliances and equipment needed for everyday cooking. For longer stays, this level of completeness becomes particularly valuable. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.

Mediterranean garden and plenty of privacy

Villa Annamar stands on a plot of approximately 850 m². The Mediterranean garden is well maintained and includes several terraces and seating areas around the villa. There is also a barbecue area and a covered lounge corner with sea views. Because the surrounding properties sit lower, the elevated position gives Annamar a particularly private feel. You can therefore enjoy both the pool and terraces without feeling overlooked.

San Jaime, close to golf and restaurants

Villa Annamar is located in San Jaime, one of the established residential areas between Moraira and Benissa Costa. Ifach Golf Club is approximately 550 metres away, as is the nearest restaurant. A supermarket and bakery are around 1.9 kilometres from the villa. The nearest beach is approximately 2.8 kilometres away and Moraira town centre around 3.5 kilometres. For shopping, beaches and the town centre, having a car is the most practical option.

Particularly comfortable outside the summer season

Villa Annamar is one of the villas in our collection that also works very well outside the hottest summer months. The swimming pool can be heated, while the villa itself has central heating, a fireplace and air conditioning with heating functions. The completely step-free layout, comfortable indoor spaces, fibre-optic internet and sunny elevated position also make Annamar attractive for longer winter stays.
On sunny winter days, the covered terrace remains a wonderful place to enjoy the Mediterranean view.
