If you prefer some shade, the covered patio provides a comfortable alternative while still keeping you close to the pool and the rest of the family. There is also a table-tennis table for anyone looking for a little more activity.

Outdoor kitchen for long summer evenings

Villa Naranja has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen beside the terrace. It includes a barbecue, refrigerator and running water, which means drinks, lunch and dinner can all be prepared without constantly going back into the house. For many guests, this becomes one of the most-used parts of the villa.
A late afternoon around the pool can easily turn into dinner outside without anyone ever really deciding that the swimming day has finished.

Mediterranean garden with fruit trees

Villa Naranja stands on a fully enclosed plot of approximately 1,000 m². The Mediterranean garden contains a variety of established fruit trees, including orange, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, fig and pear trees. Depending on the season, you may even be lucky enough to pick some fruit directly from the garden. The enclosed plot, cul-de-sac location and position beside the golf course combine to give Villa Naranja a pleasantly private feel. There is also private parking beneath the carport.

Three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds

Villa Naranja sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Comfortable box-spring beds are an extra plus, particularly for guests staying for more than just a few nights. The first bedroom has a generous double box-spring bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, plenty of wardrobe space and its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a 180 × 200 cm double box-spring bed. The second bathroom is conveniently located beside this bedroom. The third bedroom is especially spacious and is reached via an internal staircase behind a closable door in the living room. It has a 160 × 200 cm box-spring bed, its own en-suite bathroom and views towards the golf course. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, as well as insect screens on the windows.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Naranja works particularly well for families as well as three couples travelling together.

A practical split-level layout

Most of Villa Naranja’s accommodation is arranged on the main living level. The living room, kitchen, first two bedrooms, bathrooms and pool terrace are all conveniently connected. Only the third bedroom with its own bathroom is located on a lower level and reached by an internal staircase. This separate bedroom can be particularly attractive for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy, such as grandparents, older children or another couple travelling with the family.

Spacious living room and modern kitchen

The spacious living room connects directly with the pool terrace and outdoor living areas. Comfortable sofas and armchairs provide plenty of room to relax indoors, while Smart TV and fibre-optic internet are available for entertainment. The villa also has central heating and air conditioning, making it comfortable outside the main summer season. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker.
A separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Roof terrace with even wider views

An additional roof terrace of approximately 20 m² provides another outdoor space. From this elevated position, you can enjoy wider views across the surrounding area and golf course. It is a particularly pleasant spot towards the end of the day when the light begins to change across the landscape.

Peaceful San Jaime location

Villa Naranja is located in San Jaime, a well-established residential area between Moraira and Benissa Costa. A supermarket, bakery and restaurants are approximately 600 metres away. Moraira town centre and the nearest beach are around 3 kilometres from the villa. Although Villa Naranja directly overlooks the golf course, the entrance to Ifach Golf Club is approximately 1 kilometre away.
