Villa Andrago was built in 2020 and combines clean contemporary architecture with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. Light colours, large sliding doors, natural materials and the landscaped garden create a modern Ibiza-inspired feel without making the villa seem cold or overly minimalist. Everything has been designed around comfortable holiday living. Inside, the spaces are bright and generous. Outside, terraces, palm trees and different lounge areas connect naturally with the swimming pool and garden.
It is modern, but still unmistakably Mediterranean.

Large 10 × 5 metre saltwater pool

The large private swimming pool is one of the centrepieces of Villa Andrago. Measuring approximately 10 × 5 metres, it uses a saltwater system and provides plenty of space for families and groups of friends. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and separate outdoor toilet, so during warm summer days there is very little reason to keep going back inside. A covered lounge area beside the pool provides shade, while the surrounding Mediterranean garden creates a wonderfully relaxed setting.

A beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden

Villa Andrago stands on a completely enclosed and largely level plot of approximately 1,300 m². The garden has been carefully landscaped with palm trees and Mediterranean planting and offers several different places to relax. Some areas are open and sunny, while others provide shade beneath covered terraces or trees. That means 8 guests can easily spend the day together without everyone needing to occupy exactly the same part of the garden. There is also private parking for several cars within the grounds, including a carport.

Outdoor cooking with the XL Green Egg

Anyone who enjoys cooking outside will probably spend a lot of time around the outdoor kitchen. Villa Andrago has an XL Green Egg for barbecuing, with plenty of space nearby for everyone to sit together. The combination of swimming pool, Mediterranean garden and outdoor cooking area makes relaxed summer evenings almost inevitable.
Start with drinks beside the pool, prepare dinner outside and stay around the table until long after sunset.

Four spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds

All 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a large box-spring bed measuring either 180 × 200 cm or 180 × 210 cm, making Andrago particularly comfortable for adults as well as families.
Every bedroom also has:

• its own wardrobe space

• electric shutters
• insect screens
• sliding doors opening directly onto the Mediterranean garden

Two modern bathrooms

The 2 bathrooms are also located on the ground floor. Both are modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A separate internal utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. Although 8 guests share 2 bathrooms, having both bathrooms on the same floor as all 4 bedrooms keeps the layout practical.

Living upstairs with panoramic sea views

The first floor is where Villa Andrago really opens up. Here you will find the spacious living room, dining area and modern kitchen. Large sliding doors lead directly onto the covered upper terrace, where panoramic views across the Mediterranean become part of the living space. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and bar table, making it a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, drinks or simply the view.
Because the living spaces are positioned above the bedrooms, the upper floor feels light, open and particularly private.

Spacious living room with Sonos

The living room has a large comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV and Sonos sound system. Sonos speakers are also available in other parts of the property and garden, making it easy to enjoy music both indoors and outside. Fast fibre-optic internet is available throughout the villa and garden. The entire upper floor also has air conditioning and underfloor heating, making the villa comfortable well beyond the main summer months.

Modern kitchen for serious cooking

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for guests who actually enjoy cooking during their holiday.

One of the strongest reasons to choose Villa Andrago is its location. Cala l’Andragó is only around 400 metres from the villa and can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Around the bay you will find several popular places for lunch, dinner or drinks, including bars and restaurants along the coastal road. This means you do not need to take the car every time you want to go out for dinner or enjoy a drink beside the sea. Moraira town centre is approximately 2.1 kilometres away and can also be reached via the coastal route. For many guests, this combination is difficult to beat: a private modern villa with a large garden and swimming pool, while beach and restaurants are still within easy walking distance.
