Villa Zara has one of the most flexible layouts in our collection. For up to 4 guests, you rent the spacious upper accommodation with:

• 2 bedrooms;
• 2 bathrooms;
• living and dining room;
• fully equipped kitchen;
• covered terrace with sea views.

For groups of 5 to 8 guests, the separate ground-floor apartment can be added. This creates a holiday home with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. The entire property always remains for your private use. The unused accommodation is never rented to another party during your stay.

Ideal for two families or different generations

The separate apartment makes Villa Zara particularly attractive for families who enjoy holidaying together without having to share every moment of the day. Parents and younger children might stay upstairs while older children, grandparents or another couple use the apartment below. Everyone remains in the same villa and shares the garden and swimming pool, but the additional living room, kitchen and entrance downstairs provide a welcome degree of independence. It is also a practical arrangement for two families travelling together.

Spacious upper accommodation with sea views

The upper level forms the main part of Villa Zara. The bright living room has a comfortable seating area, dining table, Smart TV and fast fibre-optic internet. Large sliding doors lead directly onto the covered terrace with its lounge area and views towards the Mediterranean. This terrace is one of the most inviting places at Zara. It provides shade during the warmer part of the day and enough space to relax outside while enjoying the peace and sea views.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs

The upper accommodation has 2 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm double bed consisting of two mattresses, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. A second private bathroom is located in the hallway beside this bedroom. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the standard four-person layout already offers a comfortable degree of privacy.

Complete ground-floor apartment

When additional space is required, the ground-floor apartment adds another fully equipped living area. It has its own living room with Smart TV and fibre-optic internet, together with an open kitchen equipped with a hob, refrigerator and dishwasher.
There are 2 additional bedrooms:

• one bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm single beds;
• one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed.

These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment also has air conditioning, washing facilities and its own entrance. This makes the lower level much more than simply two extra bedrooms: it is a genuine second living space.

Private pool and enclosed garden

Villa Zara stands on a generous plot of approximately 1,100 m². The garden is fully enclosed and provides plenty of privacy around the villa and swimming pool. The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers, while several other terraces provide plenty of choice between sunshine and shade. There is also a barbecue area with outdoor dining space and a table-tennis table. Several cars can be parked within the private grounds.

Plenty of outdoor space

One of the advantages of Zara is that outdoor life is spread across several different areas. The upper covered terrace is ideal for enjoying the views and relaxing in the shade. Down in the garden, the swimming pool and sun terrace naturally become the centre of attention during warm summer days. Later in the day, the barbecue and outdoor dining area provide a different place for everyone to come together. For larger families or groups, having several outdoor areas means there is always somewhere to relax without everyone needing to sit in exactly the same place.

Walk into Moraira

Location is another major reason to choose Villa Zara. The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area approximately 900 metres from Moraira town centre. Restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and the lively centre can therefore be reached on foot. The beaches of Moraira are also within walking distance. This means guests can enjoy the space and privacy of a detached villa without always needing a car for dinner, shopping or an evening in town. It is a combination that is relatively unusual in Moraira: a large private villa and pool, yet still close enough to walk into the centre.
