Premium does not simply mean expensive
We deliberately use the word premium rather than describing every comfortable villa as luxury.
For a longer winter stay, we believe real luxury is found in practical things:

A spectacular photograph may convince you to book a one-week holiday. For a stay of several months, the details above usually matter much more.
A private pool in winter
All four villas have their own private swimming pool. However, not every pool is heated.
Villa Annamar and Villa Bahía del Portet offer the possibility of pool heating, subject to current conditions and additional charges. That can be particularly attractive during spring, autumn and winter.
It is important to remember that pool heating does not turn a Spanish outdoor pool into an indoor spa. Weather, overnight temperatures and wind can influence the achievable water temperature. If pool heating is important to your stay, ask us about the current conditions before booking.
Winter sunshine and outdoor space
During summer, shade is usually an advantage. During winter, sunshine becomes much more valuable. This is one reason why we look closely at the outdoor layout when recommending accommodation for a longer stay.
A villa with several terraces gives you more opportunity to follow the sun throughout the day.
A covered or sheltered seating area can also make the difference between sitting outside comfortably and moving indoors when there is a cooler breeze.
The four villas on this page have been selected partly because their outdoor areas offer more than simply a swimming pool and a row of sun loungers.
How long can you stay?
Our winter rentals are available for stays of several weeks up to a maximum of 12 consecutive weeks. Availability varies by villa and period.
Not every property is available for the entire winter season, so we recommend checking your preferred dates before deciding which villa suits you best.
