Uitstekende service van zowel Patrica als van Michiel.

Villa Rosana is uitstekend geschikt voor eenwinterverblijf. Houd rekening met relatief hoge energie kosten (natuurlijk afhankelijk van het weer).
Het uitzicht richting Calp is onovertroffen. Op sommige punten heeft de villa wel wat (minimaal) onderhoud nodig maar dat hoeft geen belemmering te zijn.
