The villa also offers central heating, air conditioning and fibre-optic internet, making it a comfortable place to spend several weeks.

2. For Walking into Moraira | Villa Zara
Would you love the space and privacy of a holiday villa, but prefer not to use your car every time you want a coffee or a meal out? Then Villa Zara in Pla del Mar is a particularly interesting choice. Moraira’s town centre and beach are within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy the cafés, restaurants, shops and local atmosphere whenever you like. At the same time, you’re staying in a peaceful residential area with your own garden, private swimming pool and outdoor space. For winter guests, the main accommodation has two bedrooms and includes central heating, air conditioning and fibre-optic internet. The principal living accommodation is arranged on one level, which can also be a practical advantage during a longer stay.

3. For Peace, Privacy and Spanish Character | Villa Olivera
Not everyone wants to spend the winter close to the town centre. Perhaps your ideal day begins with a leisurely breakfast, a good book on the terrace and the freedom to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If that sounds appealing, Villa Olivera in Benissa Costa could be an excellent choice. This attractive Mediterranean villa has plenty of traditional Spanish character, including a spacious covered naya and several pleasant outdoor seating areas. Inside, you’ll find comfortable extra-long beds, heating and cooling air conditioning, and reliable fibre-optic internet. It’s a lovely combination of traditional atmosphere and the practical facilities needed for a longer stay. Villa Olivera isn’t the right choice if you want to walk into Moraira every day. But if peace and privacy matter more to you, that’s precisely its attraction.

4. For Golf Enthusiasts | Villa Naranja
If golf is an important part of your winter plans, Villa Naranja has a location that’s difficult to beat. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in San Jaime, the villa overlooks the fifth hole of Club de Golf Ifach. The golf course is nearby, as are a supermarket and other useful everyday amenities. Villa Naranja also offers central heating, air conditioning and fibre-optic internet, making it practical for a longer winter stay. For keen golfers, waking up to views across the course is a lovely bonus. However, there’s one winter consideration we’d like to share. From feedback from guests who have spent the winter here, we know that the combination of sunshine and wind protection can be less favourable during certain periods than at Villa Lara. If your main priority is spending as much time as possible on a sunny, sheltered terrace, we’d therefore be more inclined to recommend Lara. But if golf, tranquillity and open views are what matter most, Naranja is a wonderful option.

5. For Extra Comfort and Modern Living | Villa Andrago
If you’re planning to stay in Spain for several weeks, you may not want to compromise on the comforts you enjoy at home. That’s where Villa Andrago really stands out. Located in Moravit, this beautifully modernised villa offers underfloor heating, air conditioning, comfortable box-spring beds and spacious contemporary living areas. The main living space is bright and comfortable, while the upper terrace enjoys beautiful panoramic views across the Mediterranean. Another advantage is the location.
