This spacious 8-person villa, situated in the residential area "Moravit" in Moraira, has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning. That makes it refreshingly cool in the summer to have a nice and calm sleep.  
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms have a shared, fully equipped bathrooms available. The modern, spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven / microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc. The villa has central heating for the winter months. The very spacious living / dining room has air conditioning , satellite TV with Dutch channels and DVD. The bedrooms, living & dining room, kitchen and bathrooms are on the same level.

In front of the the living room/kitchen/dining room is the spacious, covered terrace with sea views and pool in the garden. Especially at night it is lovely to stay here. On the ground floor there is a large room where the washer and dryer are, here you will also find a small bathroom with sink/ shower and toilet, useful if you come from the pool or outside on the terrace beside the swimming pool.

The pool (approximately 9 x 4 meter) with Roman steps is in front of the villa and has a lot of privacy around the beds. As well, there is an indoor space where the barbecue and pizza-/breadoven is.
There is also a covered terrace with an outdoor shower. And for those who do not like to get up the stairs to get a chilled drink, you can store your drinks in the frigerator outside.

The entire plot is completely fenced and equipped with many palms and fruit trees. (eg. oranges, mandarins and grapefruit)
The area is approximately 1000 m² and the villa has a lot of privacy and is situated in a forest and wooded surroundings.
